Returns & Exchanges

At Grace + Emma, we want you to love your looks! In the event that you’re not happy with a purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for refunds, or up to 30 days for store credit. See our policies below for details and procedures.

If an item arrives damaged or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt so we can make it right.

What qualifies for return?

Items not marked final sale or ineligible below, postmarked within 10 calendar days of delivery date.

What qualifies for store credit or exchange?

Items not marked final sale or ineligible below, returned within 30 calendar days of delivery date. Items purchased with store credit/exchange are eligible for store credit only.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned

  • Items discounted over 25%, Flash Sales and Doorbusters are all Final Sale

  • Personal items such as swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, face masks and hosiery cannot be returned

  • Accessories including jewelry, hats, hair accessories, and similar cannot be returned

Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange

  • Final Sale items

  • Items past 30 day window

  • Items without original tags attached

  • Items showing signs of wear (pet hair, deodorant, makeup, smoke, scents, alterations etc) cannot be returned

  • Shipping and handling fees

  • Route & Re:do fees

Return Process

Eligible items may be returned following the steps below. 

  1. Start your return by contacting us at support@graceandemma.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and preferred refund method. If you have a damaged item, please include pictures to expedite the process. 

  2. After you get return authorization from us, you may ship your return back to us via the provided address.

  3. Make sure to include your order number inside your return package!

Some requests may need to be reviewed by our team, so please allow up to two business days for return requests to be processed. 

You will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

Processing Times

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. We will contact you via email when your return has been processed.

Unclaimed Packages  / Unapproved Returns

If items are returned without authorization, or do not comply with our Return Policy, we will offer to return the package to you for a label fee. If packages are unclaimed after 30 days, we will dispose of or donate the unclaimed items at our discretion.
