Cute, but not quite what I was expecting

It’s a very cute pattern but the material - especially on the inside - feels very cheap. It’s scratchy/plasticy feeling material. It’ll be fine I’m sure with a long sleeve shirt underneath but I’ve gotten higher quality at Walmart in all honesty.
